All payments made to LNMU through the online portal are final. Once the payment is processed successfully, it cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstances.

2. Transaction Failure

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your bank account but not reflected on our portal, please allow 7–10 working days for automatic reversal to your bank account. If the issue persists, kindly contact your bank.

3. Duplicate Payments

If any user accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, they may contact the university with proper proof and transaction details. The university will examine the case and may process a refund if found valid.
