Cancellation

Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU), Darbhanga is committed to maintaining transparency and clarity in all its operations, including online payments made through our official website lnmu.ac.in. This policy outlines the rules regarding cancellation of services or transactions carried out on the portal.
Once admission or examination fees are paid online through the university portal, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
In case of any duplicate transaction or excess payment due to technical errors, students may raise a cancellation request by emailing us at support@lnmu.ac.in along with proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded to the original payment source after necessary validation.
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists beyond 7 business days, you may contact the university with the transaction reference number for resolution.
In the rare event that a course or program is cancelled by the university, registered candidates will be notified, and the applicable fees may be refunded or adjusted as per university norms.
